My 02 did this I found a bundle of ground wires that the post rusted out of the fender the fender was replaced by other owners and never put onto the new fender but some wires had ground so you would think the rest would have ground still but not when some wires were corroded inside the wire casing so I stripped them all back cleaned the wires up best I could new connector and attached it back onto the fender where it belonged and it stopped doing that

Not all the Silverado had the road lights and front fender trim my 09 only had the studs and the windshield.

You can switch the pins in the connector so that you don't have to cut the wires to use the 9007 bulb

Hey when you hit the high beam the low beam goes out and it’s not supposed to I did the same thing changed out headlights and having the same issue but mine is a sport 1500 2000

Had same problem with my 2001 Dodge ram 2500,what don't tell you that stock 9004-9007 different,did first LED thought burnt out relay ,so went put reg light bulb back in but buying 9007 bulb did same,only way fix that is rewire 2 wires differently ,my advice go back 9004 bulb factory fog lights if have, what I did ,I have bright off road LED lights that light up over block and rather not screw around with factory wire that so thin ,not worth it ! Hope this helps !

Can't say so much,thank you for posting this video ! not only couldn't figure this out on my 2001 Dodge ram my mechanic couldn't,I went with 9007 bulb first led than lights acting weird ,so went back to reg bulb but 9007 not 9004 and thought loosen up ground or blew relay 2 weeks this bugging me out ,seen your video makes total sense,just going to put old bulb back in,since spent nearly $150 live & learn lol

I've been going there for 20ish years.. used to be with a camper to Tom's cove.. for the past 2 years we've stayed at #14 right there at Lighthouse estates! Pretty cool to look into the past.. I was on the island as Sandy was coming in.. They we're herding everyone off the beach, and then a few months later while the road was torn up and trees were still being cleaned up... Thanks!

What was wrong with them before you fixed them? Constantly on in run position ? Or no switch control. I have constant fog lights with headlights and high beam. Anyone think this fix can solve the problem I’m having?

I had a 2012 extended cab SLT 4.7 all stock it was slow off the line but after it passed 20 mph it start gaining speed and it will start spinning a little bit 0 to 60 in 6 seconds when I used to floor it from 25 or 30 mph the truck will launch and the back tires will spin they won't smoke or nothing like that they'll just chirp a little bit but not bad for a 4.7 and a truck with only 310 horsepower I raced a hemi around the same year and beat it on a roll race I raced a four-cylinder BMW and beat that I erased a 6.0 vortec Max Chevy Silverado and beat that too and I raced a 5.3 2015 model and beat that one I raced a twin turbo Ford Taurus we was tied all the way from 40 to 90 mph he would have beat me afterwards anyway so I just slow down oh and because my mom was getting scared then I raced a 2001 Honda Accord v6 VTEC that beat me and I raced a Subaru Impreza blew me away like I was sitting still oh and I also raced a hemi work truck and beat that lol

Did you have the shop or did you yourself do the duel tips out the back? My 4.7 SLT only has the one coming out the side.

i like the 50's.. not much rumble, and not too loud. add a bigger throttlebody, long headers, and straight pipe, with a roar peddle.. It will be louder anyway..

It is sad that for the last 30 years there have been constant issues with the light switches on these trucks...When I bought my Ram 2500 Cummins everyone told me my truck would just fall apart around that great engine it has, Sucks that they were right...

With the mirror taps you lose the remote bottom to mute and block signals. How do I shut it up when It starts beeping and I don't want to hear it without the botton?

Joe: For the record your video sustained me while I was waiting for my '20 scat pack. Now that I have mine a while watching your video the spintech doesn't quite have the rasp I do with stock x-pipe and 2.75" mufflers, but it does sound really good. You got me thru 5 months of waiting for the scat when I ordered mine last year. Hope your still enjoying that B5 Blue. Mine is IndiGO blue. 👍
